Housekeeping

Location: Audubon Park Apartments

Status: PART TIME

Duties to Include: The part time housekeeper position must be responsible and perform in a professional manner that meets company standards including primary duties as:

• Cleaning apartment units for turn overs
• Regular cleaning of the Clubhouse and Offices
• Maintain cleanliness of all Hallway Entrances

Day shift 20-30 hours/week

Qualifications: Primary Abilities:
• Self-motivated, independent, and detail-oriented
• General cleaning duties are cleaning vacant multi-family/apartment units in advance of move-ins as assigned

Experience Desired:
• 1 year of housekeeping and/or janitorial experience

Assistant Property Manager

Location: Audubon Park Apartments

Status: FULL TIME

Duties to Include: The Assistant Property Manager must be a self-motivated, fast learning individual to help with Office/Administrative needs. In this position you will perform general accounts receivables and a variety of other clerical duties. You must be willing to learn and take on new challenges. The ideal candidate must be organized and give attention to details. Other Primary Duties include:

• Show prospective residents available units
• Update unit availability daily to provide accurate list of unit availability to the staff
• Receive and collect all rent and cash receipts in accordance with company standards
• Provide clerical and phone support
• Maintain resident files, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all paperwork and documentation
• Maintain a calendar of scheduled move-ins, ensuring all move-in appointments are completed and all apartments are inspected and compliant with established standards prior to move-in
• Other tasks or duties as assigned by Property Manager/Owners

Qualifications: • Each job duty must be performed with the focus and accuracy it requires
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to operate and understand personal computer functions and company utilized software packages
• Effective communication with residents, prospects and vendors
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize wisely
